The following adoption process is a standardized procedure that is used almost universally in German animal welfare. The same goes for our animals.

The adoption of our animals works as follows:

1.    You fill out the request form for your desired animal.

2.    We will contact you as soon as possible. However, please understand that it may take a few hours or even a day before we can respond. The free time that we use for voluntary club work is unfortunately limited by our everyday, professional work, etc.

3.    We will organize a preliminary inspection for you. This is carried out via video call. Information on the interested party form will be compared and any remaining questions        will be clarified.

4.    Based on the inquiry form you have filled out and the information from the               preliminary inspection, our placement team will advise you and then inform you of the decision regarding placement.

5.    You will then receive the protection contract for the cat/dog in question and please send it back to us, signed, with an attached copy of your ID card. At the same time, please transfer the protection fee to our club account. After         receipt of the signed contract and the protection fee, you will receive a copy of the contract signed by us by post.

If the cat/dog is already in a German foster home, you will of course have the opportunity to get to know the animal in person before adoption. To do this, we establish direct contact between you and the foster home.

If your desired animal is still in Nea Vrasna, we will organize transport as quickly as possible. This may take a few weeks until your protégé comes to you. We try to keep your waiting time as short as possible.

Your desired animal and the corresponding EU pet passport will be handed over to you on the day of entry or depending on the appointment, conclusion of the contract and receipt of the protection fee.

The adoption is now complete.
